200Hr Yoga Teacher Training 2021/22

Love Yoga 2021 Fall Yoga Teacher Trainin

"Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu"

May all beings be happy and free and may my life in some way contribute to the happiness and freedom for all.

Love yoga is offering it's first Yoga teacher training through our own Yoga School.

We will be offering this training Live in studio and via zoom. This training is inspired by the teachings of both Baptiste Yoga and Bhakti Yoga and will be facilitated by Holly Purdy and Suzy Aragon. These two teachers will unite their gifts and passions for Bhakti Yoga and Baptiste Power Yoga, to provide students with a deep dive into asana, inquiry, meditation, mantra, music, and mythology.

And yet, this is more than a “yoga” training. This is a human development and empowerment program meant to support you on your life's journey. This training is about fully engaging with LIFE and LEADERSHIP; about sharing your VOICE and SHOWING UP for yourself and others in your COMMUNITY; about UNITING all parts of yourself so that you can be fully present and awake to this sweet life and in service of all beings.

Whether you want to lead studio classes or deepen your own practice by embodying yoga in your family or workplace, you will learn to authentically express and share of yourself, connect with others and create positive change in the world – skills applicable to any leadership role in or out of a yoga studio.
