What should I wear?
Wear Comfortable Workout Clothes. Something you’ll feel free to stretch + sweat in. Don’t Worry About Shoes. We practice in bare feet.
What should I bring?
Bring a Yoga Mat, Towel + Water. All of these items are available to rent or buy at the studio. Leave Bags, Phones, Shoes +Personal Items in the Cubbies. Life is full of distractions; we try and keep them outside the practice space. We recommend locking valuables in your car.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive ten minutes prior to class. Say hello, fill out a new student form, and get a quick tour. We lock doors the minute class starts.
How hot are your hot classes?
Our hot classes are between 95-98 degrees. Our less-heated classes, such as sculpt and barre, are between 80-85 degrees. We use light humidity to increase your sweat, which has so many cleansing benefits.
Are all your classes hot?
No. Please check the Class Descriptions page for information on whether a class is hot or not.
Do I need to pre-register for class?
It’s a great idea to pre-register for your class using the MindBody app. Click here to access our Class Schedule on MindBody. However, you can also sign into class when you arrive! We do lock the doors when class starts, so please don't be late.
Do you have mats and props I can use?
Yes! We offer mats and yoga mat towels for a rental charge. We also have mats and towels for sale in the studio.
I am recovering from an injury. Can I still come to class?
We recommend that you check with your physician and/or physical therapist and follow their recommendations. We encourage modification and/or omission of any movements that don’t feel right to your body for any reason. Let your teacher know if you are having trouble during a class or are looking for ways to continue practicing yoga while injured.
