I am extremely picky about group fitness. I have worked in the industry for a decade and taken or taught thousands of classes. You guys should know that most of your instructors are the best in the Flathead Valley. Also probably the very best thing about Love Yoga is the energy and vibe of “come as you are.” The transparency, warmth and courageous leadership provided at your studio really gives people a place to come and heal. Thank you for doing what you do. My mental health is improved because you are there, and that’s EVERYTHING.

 I absolutely love the zoom classes. They may not be the in person classes but for the situation we are all in, it’s a great way to still come together as a community, get a sweat in, and experience some happiness and joy during a hard time. I have loved all the classes I’ve taken at Love Yoga. From barre, to sculpt, to power flow, to vinyasa flows. Everything has been very enjoyable and has really helped me both physically as well as mentally. It’s such an amazing, loving community.

I love the option of ZOOM classes and am so appreciative that you have offered them regularly and will continue to offer them after the studio reopens. I LOVE LOVE YOGA!! I have been practicing with you since you opened your doors and I am proud to say yoga has become an important part of my life. I may not look like an advanced student and may not hit all the poses perfectly, but I'm hooked. I feel a sense of community.
