Through all our offerings we bring people together to love and support our selves and one another. We aim to get you strong, both physically and mentally, so that you may live skillfully and with purpose. It's our goal to help you practice on your mat so that you can take it with you into the world and offer it all back to those around you.  

Class Descriptions

We offer a variety of hot classes and non-heated workshops, events, and trainings for ALL LEVELS AND ALL BODIES, regardless of ability.Together we get present to our bodies, hearts, souls, and minds, so that we may share our practice out into the world for the benefit of all. 


Power Vinyasa

Power Vinyasa is a powerful, fast-paced set sequence that includes 4 set mini-flows spiced up with cardio bursts and core work between each section. Expect continuous movement, pumping jams, and high energy vibes while strengthening and familiarizing yourself with common yoga poses. Room temp is 95 degrees. 


Power Sculpt

Power Sculpt is a fusion of yoga and strength moves, body weight resistance, hand weights, and cardio. Classes are set to bumping music and designed to tone and sculpt you from head to toe. Room temp is 85-90 degrees.  


Power Barre

Power Barre is a challenging, energetic whole-body workout designed to an upbeat playlist. Expect a fusion of isometric movements, strength moves, cardio intervals, Pilates, core, and ballet inspired toning. Room temp is 85-90 degrees. 


Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow is a grounding and energizing practice that includes fluid transitions from pose to pose. Classes incorporate breathing practices, yoga postures, and deep mindful connection of breath with movement. Room temp is 95 degrees. 


Vin Yin

VinYin is a combination of Vinyasa flow and Yin yoga. Class begins with a strengthening and energizing flow linking breath with movement, and unwinds into slow, deep holds, designed to tone the connective tissue, tendons, and ligaments. This class will get you moving and sweating upfront and will cool you down with Yin postures. It's a grounding combination of the yang and yin qualities of Yoga. Room temp is 85-90 degrees.


Yoga for Every Body

 is a slower, softer, and more subtle style of yoga. Less strenuous poses are practiced and poses are held for a shorter duration of time. Students are encouraged to move through the postures in a way that prevents discomfort and that promotes ease in the body and mind. Gentle pranayama and meditation may be included. Room temp is as cool as possible.


Bhakti Vinyasa Flow

Bhakti Vinyasa Flow is a devotional vinyasa flow class with mantras and stories. This class will be themed around Bhakti yoga, which is the yoga of divine love and devotion. At the heart of this class will be the traditional stories of Indian mythology and their accompanying mantras/ chants. Come ready to sweat, sing, and open your sweet, juicy heart to divine love. Room temp is 85 degrees.


Song Circle

Anyone can sing, and that means you, yes you! Please come join us in sacred song circle as we unite our voices to sing our way home to the heart. This will be an open Kirtan, meaning, please bring any instruments you have and we would be honored to have you share your own magic if you’d like. Or just come with your voice and a willingness to try something new. All are welcome, no experience required. Be prepared to open your heart and voice to the divine through song.

Friday Fix

Friday fix is a rotating class guaranteed to get your weekend started right! You can expect any class type on Fridays, ranging from a themed vinyasa flow class to barre to sculpt and beyond. Room temp is 85-90 degrees. 



Enjoy the ultimate wind down! Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. Room temp is 85 degrees.
