GENERAL POLICIES

• All packages are priced individually and are non-refundable and non-shareable. 

​

AGE REQUIREMENTS

​

• Students must be 16+ years old for our classes heated at 95 degrees and above.  Students under age 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent.  Students 12 and under must have a parent in attendance with them.

​

CANCELLATIONS

 

• Notice of cancellation less than 2 hours in advance for class will result in the loss of a class (for class packs)

• A charge of $10 will be assessed for no-shows when a class is full or waitlisted.

• Cancellation of membership must be done via email at least 14 days prior to cancelling date. 

• Cancellation of membership before the 3 month cancellation date will result in a $50 cancellation fee. 

• Cancellation for workshops and series classes must be done 48 hours in advance. You will not receive a refund for your workshop if you cancel within 48 hours.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

​

• Arrive to class 10-15 minutes prior to start time. 

• Door is locked at beginning of class.

• Please do not leave early (unless you let your instructor know that you need to do so prior to the start of class).

• PLEASE NO phones, shoes, or fragrance.
